Ricky and Meera's wedding

Ricky popped the question to Meera while on holiday, and they decided straight away that their wedding reception just had to be at The Drum Wembley.

The couple exchanged wedding vows at a beautiful and intimate civil wedding ceremony in the Marriage Room with guests being treated to delicious canapes, cocktails and refreshments.

The celebrations then moved on to the Grand Hall - ready for the big reveal!  The hall was attentively decorated to a magical woodland theme with tables featuring birdcages and hanging candles.

Blossoms added to the magic of the theme together with Chiavari chairs and floral ivory linen with delicate purple hints adding a touch of softness.

Completing the theme was a stunning five-tier wedding cake,  embellished with gold and floral accents that majestically hung from a tented structure.

The day proved to be a magical one that friends and family and, Ricky and Meera, will cherish for a lifetime.

Ricky and Meera chose to hold thier civil ceremony at The Brent Register Office which is conveniently located within the building.

Many couples choose this option as part of their wedding day - with the main event taking place in The Grand Hall.
